LYMPHATIC MAGIC: full body self massage & gua sha techniques
How many of you have purchased a gua sha tool and rarely use is because it feels a bit intimidating? Step by step, I’ll show you how to use the gua sha traditionally and effectively to release tension in the muscle, move the lymph, and give yourself a healthy little blood glow!
Learn the basics of how to use this tool on your full body to break up scar tissue, tonify your tissue, and gua sha your way to greater immunity.
At the end of the teaching, there will be open space to ask questions about individual concerns about immunity & lymphatic health. You’ll leave feeling more comfortable using an ancient tool that should be a staple in every modern household.
All of the self bodywork I will teach can be done over comfy clothing! Yes, the gua sha can be used over clothing (tighter clothing seems best if this is the case.) You may also opt to wear a tank top/ shorts/layers to try out the feeling of gua sha on your skin. Oil will be provided for you. *Please bring your gua sha(s) if you have one! We will work primarily with wood but I will guide some facial work with stone gua shas as well.
