TORI JAYNE POLOSKI
certified massage therapist, craniosacral therapist, intuitive healing artist
Hi, I’m Tori & and I want to thank you for visiting my website! Here’s a bit about me:
I grew up in a small town in MI with a big, loving network of immediate and chosen family members. I am now residing in Sacramento, CA where I love nothing more than to hike, breathe fresh air, be barefoot on the earth, and tend to my garden. It’s in my nature to travel frequently and connect with the world around me in a purposeful way. I aim to live the most highly ecstatic life I possibly can.
Being in authentic connection is what allows me to thrive, and I’m a big believer in the profound power of touch as alchemy. Through my own lived experience of being injured, I know what it’s like to confront deep pain and the feeling of misalignment. I sought out bodywork years after that, feeling that I was ‘all healed up’. At that point in my life, my ability to truly inhabit my body and to trust in my own inner wisdom was not being cultivated, I was disembodied and disconnected from many different parts of my whole self. Although, some part of me knew that I had stored tension, emotion, and energy in my body that so urgently wanted to be acknowledged and released.
I knew that I wanted to study healing arts because I wanted to change the trajectory of my life. Along my journey of coming into greater alignment and receiving several kinds of bodywork, I’ve witnessed the innate healing power of my own body, something we ALL possess as humans. Through experiencing my own body’s intelligence & capabilities, I’ve come to trust our natural wisdom so deeply & I am fascinated by the brilliance of the human body. Each day in my practice, it’s truly an honor for me to hold space for those who desire to expand their awareness, feel deeply, and remember how to access their own inner wisdom.
