Dive a little deeper into your own lymph river as we give our whole bodies a much needed reset. 1/3 of our lymph nodes reside in our head and neck, so we will be focusing on drainage within our upper channels to support cognitive function, immunity, hormonal exchange, and the natural process of what your body does to cleanse and mend itself.
We’ll use our hands to massage ourselves & talk about other ways to stimulate certain ‘lymph highways’ in the body that are going to seamlessly become a part of your daily or weekly self care routine! At the end of the teaching, there will be open space to ask questions about individual concerns about immunity & lymphatic health.
You’ll leave with two sequences to utilize when you’re in need of some self lymphatic drainage or shift in energy. You’ll leave knowing how, when, and where to give your lymphatic system a little boost to take your body through a moment of natural cleanse.
All of the self bodywork I will teach can be done over comfy clothing! Feel free to wear something easy like a tank top/shorts if you want to work directly on your skin. The salt granules on the floor of the room create a bit of dust on clothing just so you know, and you’re invited to take your shoes off and get salty!
